Frank Straatmann has been with the FERI Group for over 20 years and was for a long time the FERI Group's Board Member for Private Clients and Managing Director of FERI Trust. From 2021 onwards, he concentrated on the client business and the management of the FERI Group branch in Düsseldorf. In addition, he continued to drive forward strategic projects - such as the acquisition of the Swiss asset manager Limmat Wealth by FERI (Schweiz) AG at the beginning of 2021. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of FERI (Schweiz) AG since 2022.

Peter Wittich is a licensed lawyer in Germany and has been working in the financial industry since 2000. After holding positions at the consulting firms Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, he joined the FERI Group in 2013. After holding various management positions in the fund management companies of the FERI Group, Peter Wittich became Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of FERI (Schweiz) AG in 2021 and a member of the Executive Board in 2022. Peter Wittich also represents the interests of FERI (Schweiz) AG in the FERI Group.

Silvio Jagunic is co-founder of Michel & Cortesi Asset Management AG (2008), which was acquired by FERI in 2014. From 1993-2008 he worked for Swiss Re in various areas. Among other things, he was a research analyst for technology stocks and portfolio manager in Europe and Hong Kong, responsible for equity portfolios in China, Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan. Silvio Jagunic holds a degree in business administration from the University of Zurich and is a certified financial analyst and asset manager (CIIA).

Studied economics at the University of St. Gallen, specializing in risk management and insurance. Most recently, he was CEO of accident insurer Suva after holding management positions at the Elvia insurance group and KPMG. Today, he holds various positions on boards of directors and foundation boards, including Chairman of the Hospital Board of Switzerland's third-largest hospital group.

Regula Hotz studied electrical engineering and later food science at ETH Zurich. She has been a member of the Executive Board of Jakob Kowner AG since 2009 and has managed the company since the beginning of 2012, making a significant contribution to the success and further development of the company through her innovative leadership, her comprehensive technical expertise and her strong focus on sustainable growth.
