FERI AG is expanding its family office services for family wealth and entrepreneurs. FERI combines personalized advice on wealth, family, and governance structures with many years of institutional advisory expertise. This brings the divisions led by Andreas Schölzel—who oversees the entire institutional business, including consulting and sales—and Michael Jänsch—who is responsible for the private client business, including the Family Office and Wealth Management—closer together.
Dr. Marcel V. Lähn, Chairman of the Executive Board, CEO & CIO of FERI, emphasizes: “Today, high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs face complex challenges that go far beyond mere capital investment and intertwine family, business, tax, and governance aspects. Our Family Office™ approach addresses this increased complexity with a comprehensive advisory strategy. We tailor institutionally-oriented methods of strategic wealth management to the individual goals and structures of each family. This enables us to provide access to asset classes—such as hedge funds and private markets—that are otherwise reserved for institutional clients.”
FERI is expanding the staff of its Family Office at its headquarters in Bad Homburg and placing it under new leadership. This will broaden the firm’s existing expertise—in the areas of asset structuring, tax and legal matters, as well as advisory services.
In addition, FERI’s asset management expertise—spanning nine asset classes and backed by many years of experience in structuring broadly diversified portfolios—is available to clients. The independence of the advisory services and a consistent focus on the interests of the respective entrepreneurs and families are fundamental to this approach.
